Required Documents;

Passport copies of all the directors
Criminal record certificate of all the directors from home country superlegalised

by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that Country ( Directors countries ).

We will also send Power of attorney from court which the directors must sign in their home countries and Send back to us After the attestation of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Directors Countries.
There must be at least one director in the company and many share holders. Also criminal record certificate is required from ONLY the persons who wishes to be director

NOTE;

IT CAN BE ONE DIRECTOR WITH 100% OWNERSHIP OF SHARE OR MORE PERSONS WITH DIFFERENT % OF SHARE OWNERSHIP

For example;

Mr. john (director) with 60% share
Mr. James (partner) with 40% share.

Etc......if Mr. James wishes to be a director, he must provide documents no 2 above.

Process;

ONCE WE RECIEVE ALL DOCUMENTS,ITS OUR DUTY TO FINISH THE INCORPORATION PROCESS AND THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION FROM THE COURT WILL BE SENT TO YOU.PART OF THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS IN 3 ABOVE WILL BE POWERS OF ATTORNEY EMPOWERING OUR LAWYERS HERE THE REPRESENT THE CLIENT IN COURT.THE DOCUMENTS ARE PREPARED IN ENGLISH.
